Wish package

This package has been created as a planning checklist for the couple who is busy but still seeks a coordinator/planner. Planning a wedding is stressful for anyone.  This package will allow you to plan while enjoying this experience from start to finish. You can choose when, what, and how you need assistance. Rehearsal dinner planning is optional, and day of execution is included in this service.

Details

Before Wedding Day/Rehearsal 

  • Unlimited phone and email communication from date of contact Rehearsal 
  • Attend wedding rehearsal and provide necessary assistance 
  • Receive a copy of the itinerary 
  • Make suggestions if needed. 

Wedding Day 

  • Unlimited hours of service on wedding day (sunup to sundown)  
  • Complete Wedding Day coverage to ensure all wedding logistics are correct and supervise along with the event manager 
  • Assist bride/groom and wedding party at dressing room prior to ceremony. **if needed 
  • Manage wedding day timeline to ensure on time per schedule provided. 
  • Manage vendors per your instructions 
  • Manage vendor set up *if needed 
  • Assist in gathering family members during family photos for photographers. 
  • Distribute flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc). 
  • Direct family and friends accordingly during photos pre and post ceremony, organized lists to be provided to planners prior to wedding day. **if needed 
  • Assist with the bride’s wedding gown and help prep for her ceremony entry. 
  • Make sure both bride/groom parties are taken care of. 
  • Coordinate with entertainment to cue announcements and throughout the evening (special dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, couple’s exit etc.).  
  • Follow Up with Photographer to ensure final pictures with couple, family and friends have been taken. 
  • Follow Up with Videographer to ensure final videos have been taken. 
  • Coordinate with wedding party transportation and to assure car is ready with your things 
  • Assure gifts and personal items to be sent to the wedding suite or bride will choose a designated party to pick up items. 
  • Provide emergency Bridal Kit

I couldn't have better things to say about working with Helen Leal. Throughout the planning process, Helen was attentive, organized and resourceful. She helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me and my wife on track for our big day. She met with us before the wedding day to review the plan and ensure that our expectations were met on the day of the wedding. At our rehearsal (a few day before), she made sure attendants knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout. On the day of the wedding, she went to the venue early, was our liaison with the catering company, flower shop, DJ, Set up Crew and venue host. Our wedding was scheduled to be outside but we ended up having an expected rain storm mid-way through our setup. We were forced to move the wedding inside because the chairs and outside gazebo were all wet. Without hesitation, Helen helped move everything inside to try to make it beautiful inside (as it was originally planned outside). While it wasn’t what we planned, she was able to quickly work with others to rearrange the settings inside. The story doesn’t end there – to our delight, the rain stopped shortly before the start of the wedding. Helen wanted to make us happy quickly took the reins and dried everything off, put everything back in its original place (outside) and did it with such a great attitude. It was a bit more work for her but she did it knowing it would make my wife and I happy. We are forever grateful that. She made our wedding absolutely stress free because she was on it from the start to the end. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator, and am so grateful that we picked helen to help us. Regards

Life saver!!!!! Words can’t describe how grateful and blessed we feel to have found Helen and her team to be our day of coordinator. Helen was amazing. She went above and beyond what was called for. For example we had ice cream being delivered to the venue and she chased down the fedex truck to make sure we got it. Our big day would have been impossible without her. She let my husband and I enjoy our day without any stress or concerns. Whatever we needed Helen came through 1000%. On top of that Helen is just one of the sweetest humans I’ve met. Her services were also budget friendly especially for us when we had to replan our entire wedding with Covid. I cannot recommend Helen and her team enough. Better than I ever could have imagined! I knew that I wanted a day of coordinator, but I had no idea how helpful someone could be in that position! Helen helped with the planning process, made sure that all of my checklists were completed before the big day, and really too the reins when we made it to the venue! Best decision ever! Helen was so wonderful to have with us on our wedding day. If you are a bride, know that your wedding day flies by and you need someone to help you with the planning and coordinating process - ESPECIALLY on the day of! Helen coordinated everything so beautifully and efficiently for us. She even went as far as to buy my garter because I forgot to buy one, and make sure my groom and I were able to get a plate to eat during our reception (a problem you don’t expect to have ahead of time, but believe me, you will). Helen and her assistant are amazing! They helped everything go so smoothly, and she was worth every penny. She showed up to our rehearsal and helped us plan the walk in/walk out and she took notes about where I wanted everything to go the next day since we couldn’t put out everything on the day of the rehearsal. She showed up early to the venue on the day of the wedding to meet vendors and put out everything according to my specifications. During the wedding she would check in with me and my husband periodically to make sure if we needed drinks or anything else. She packed up food for us when we left the reception too and then helped my family pack up our decorations out of the hall. So helpful. I highly recommend her help. My sister has now been a bridesmaid in 2 weddings that Helen has coordinated and says that things were so much smoother and she was able to enjoy the wedding more because of her help!

I highly recommend Helen with SE planners. We didn’t have to concern ourselves with organizing, starting from the church to the reception. Starting from purchasing decorations items for our reception according to our budget. On the day of our wedding, she made sure our bridesmaids were ready on time, in their place in the line up and ready to go into the church as the music started to play. Helen made it a worry free day for us as she made sure to secure all our wedding gifts. She also prepared the reception room before the arrival of our guests making it such a smooth transition from the church to the reception venue. “If I could give anyone advice for what to do to better their wedding day, I would 100% say to book Helen to be your coordinator! I don't know what I would have done without her!
