I knew that I wanted a day of coordinator, but I had no idea how helpful someone could be in that position! Helen helped with the planning process, made sure that all of my checklists were completed before the big day, and really too the reins when we made it to the venue! She asked questions I wouldn't have thought of and took care of the details to make my vision come to life. On the day of, I only had to take care of getting me ready, Helen took care of the rest! She was so professional, wonderfully prepared, and a pleasure to work with! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Trust me, you need this service!

Words can’t describe how grateful and blessed we feel to have found Helen and her team to be our day of coordinator. Helen was amazing. She went above and beyond what was called for. For example we had ice cream being delivered to the venue and she chased down the fedex truck to make sure we got it. Our big day would have been impossible without her. She let my husband and I enjoy our day without any stress or concerns. Whatever we needed Helen came through 1000%. On top of that Helen is just one of the sweetest humans I’ve met. Her services were also budget friendly especially for us when we had to replan our entire wedding with Covid. I cannot recommend Helen and her team enough.
